Ron Tozer, Mike Nelson and I just saw two Black Vultures warming themselves in Lewiston, New York on a chimney beside a tower with a yellow dome on top. Viewing in Ontario is from the lookout below the traffic circle at the Brock Monument on the Niagara River Parkway as you head down the hill to Queenston. Look over the river to Lewiston and check the rooftops.
