Fog has lifted and bird is present. It is skulking at back of wetland in tall grasses and hasn't yet come out in the open to feed. Windermere basin is acessed off eastport drive south of the skyway bridge. There is a well hidden driveway just south of a large white warehouse on the west side of eastport, which you can pull into.
