Weather:
A very pleasant, sunny day on the tower with the temperature in the mid
teens rising to the low 20s. The wind was out of the West until the onshore
flow off Lake Erie took effect in late morning and caused it to slowly back
to the South.

Raptor Observations:
Raptors were moving until the wind backed to the South when migration came
to a stop.

Non-raptor Observations:


Predictions:
Clear skies and variables winds will be the order of the day.
