There has been a single Black Vulture roosting in the town of Port Stanley for
4 or 5 days according to some local list-serve reports
(Elgin-Middlesex-Oxford).

I saw the bird in some trees adjacent to Sydenham Street around sundown on the
31st, with a couple Turkey Vultures.

Port Stanley is located on the shore of Lake Erie, directly South of London
(take Hwy 4 South from 401 or Hwy 3 all the way to the Lake).
