Weather:
Winds from the southeast, moderate to heavy snow and low visibility. 

Raptor Observations:
An immature Red-tailed Hawk was flying back and forth low between the
trees. 

Non-raptor Observations:
A few remaining Mute Swans control the small pockets of open water in the
marsh.

Tomorrow will be mainly cloudy with a few flurries in the morning, moderate
