Even in C# they are not enough there is the parralel and RX library ..  In
all 3 the contention is high and its more geared to prevent errors and for
shecduling 100ms+ task from a main thread rather than say high speed
parralel access on a collection . For a collection your still better of
using locks according to need.

And for full async your much better of with  nodejs style callbacks .
