Hello Business Users: "COMWAVE: Unlimited National PRI, SIP, DID Canada wide service overnight!"
Is this for real? I've personally encountered problems after problems with comwave service. My folks got it for some long distance savings & their local & overseas circuits are JAM PACKED! On SEVERAL occasions I got fast busy and "the line is not in service". Thought it was fluke...so I called in with my cell and voila, exactly the same thing. Additionally I've tried to make contact with COMWAVE first hand, to inquire about their "Unlimited National PRI, SIP, DID Canada wide service overnight!" plans & service and when I did speak to someone senior... either they knew nothing about what I was talking about, or because I was honest to tell them I'm not huge - they were less interested! As per my experience, I have successfully established contacts with almost all major carriers & their vendors. Most are more than happy to chat and talk & provide good info. Comwave on the other hand was less than enthusiastic. Anyone deal with them in here at a wholesale & carrier level? What are your experiences? Best, Reza.
