I have multiple Toll Free and DID numbers with Unlimitel
I have always found that their QoS to be outstanding to the point that
they are always my first choice. If they are more expensive - so be it.
I also have some DIDs with Les.Net which have been less than spectacular
with audio drop-out and other strange effects.

However if you want cheap inbound from States on your toll free:
Vitelity - 50 cents a month, and 2 cents a minute. However from Canada
it is 8 cents. :(
