Hey Jim! Yes, Henry has some GUTS !!!!!!! But hey, he is getting the client what the client needs! The client said, "Cheap Phones", and he's getting cheap phones. When things do not work out, the client will yell and scream and then Henry will say, "I told you so... but got what you wanted" :). Been there done that!
But yes, granted... for a call centre environment -- GOOD phones is what you need. To be honest, I've bought phones from Telephone Depot. They are only 2 KM away from my place and EVERY phone I've bought from them (a dozen cordless units) -- were not worth a single penny. Every phone I've bought, had one problem or another! Oh sorry... the things that are really good, is the battery that comes with the phones (cordless units). Cheers!
