You get what you pay for at Wal Mart. Try Above All Electronics on Bloor St. They have a handful of refurbished Nortel analogue sets with number display for around $15. They are actually decent quality, whereas the new department store phones tend to be pretty awful (lots of echo, distortion, etc.)
