I am not a reseller, NFI in any vendor or reseller, but I agree with
Nabeel. I buy from him, even if his prices are a tad more than the US,
as he will send me advance replacements, send me phones to try out or
to show to my clients, and will ship in a huge hurry if I ask him to.
I am sure that there are any number of other suppliers, in the US and
in Canada, who will do the same. However, I *know* that I get great
support and service here, and it is not worth the hassles just to save
a few shekels. If I were ordering 1,000 phones I might reconsider, but
then I am sure that I would get good pricing this side of the border.
Yes, I do buy quite a lot of kit from the US, but it is surprising how
little the difference is once you including shipping, taxes, hassle,
being gouged by Visa and/or Paypal. Then the moment anything goes
wrong, you need to replace anything, or find that you ordered the wrong
thing, *boom* go your savings (and then some).
