Nabeel / Paul, You guys are 100% correct when stating that shipping and refunds are way easier and faster when you order from within Canada.
Just for the research purposed for www.VoIPGizmos.ca - I have purchased several items (Polycom phones) from the US (Buffalo and Texas) and both orders took about 2 weeks to arrive in Montreal, QC. On top of it I was charged with around $80 customs / fedex fees / taxes / duties on $200 order on top of $45 shipping fee to ship to Canada. So my point being - before ordering - always calculate the final price - keep in mind Fedex / UPS charges $40-50 fee to process your order across the border.
