How to create a domain parking page

I offer web hosting and domain registration services.

I wanted to know if anyone out there has any idea on how to create a domain parking page.

For example, you know how you register a domain at register.com and all of a sudden you go to your domain name you just registered and there is this temporary page there.

How do they do that?

How can I do that as well?

I mean domains registered at my site already point to my primary and secondary nameservers, but how do I make a parking page for all domains that point to those nameservers?

Any help would be appreciated.
