Can I keep my ram with my ewes after they lamb?
He's been with them always; they are all three about 9 months old now, so I
expect the ewes will lamb this spring. I plan to breed them again once the
lambs are weaned.
I have had the together and separated, The only problem I have had is the young rams will fight with the older one at about 3 months or later. Otherwise I have had no problems. I am sure you will get other opinions..
