Carol, do people who are not turning off their "HTML text" know they are using it? I don't know what it is, and whether or not I am costing you time. Perhaps you need to post those members' names?

5. Turn OFF HTML-styled text when you post a message to the listserv. If you receive a message indicating that your post to the listserv contained a "suspicious header." To learn how to turn off HTML text in your email program, go to http://www.expita.com/nomime.html.

I can understand that folks new to the list will not know about this, and I
give them a lot of latitude. However, those of you who have been on the
list and STILL send emails containing HTML text should know better. Every
time you post a message that contains HTML text, you cost me at least 5
minutes of my time because I must manually approve your message. So if you
don't have time to turn off HTML, I may not have time to manually approve
your post to the list. It is that simple.
