Hello, Well the wobbly legged lamb popped up on his front legs yesterday. Still pretty wobbly but was getting around pretty good. Apparently not good enough though. As we drove in from the movies last nite we spotted a fox running across the pasture. Since we hadn't ever lost a lamb except during birthing(momma and lambs both eaten), we didn't worry about it too much. The sheep always come into the pasture right in front of the house and bed down at night. Of course, this is the same pasture we saw the fox in. Anyway, this morning wobbles is gone. Mother is bleating. I figure the fox got it.
Natural selection at work I guess, thanks for the help though. Now I wonder if he will be back routinely for an easy meal. :( Chris =============================================== This message is from the Barbados Blackbelly Sheep mailing list (http://www.awrittenword.com/listserv/index.html).
