My first thought would be coccidosis (or however it is spelled). I lost a lamb with the same symptoms last year and he was nursing his momma. I never managed to get a 100% sure diagnosis, but a vet friend said that it probably coccidosis. I'd suggest getting a coccidisat and some pedialyte in the lamb.
