Do you know if the baby lamb has been pooping?  The hunched up look is usually caused by constipation, and I know sav a lamb can cause that if fed without diluting it.  Maybe you should try plain water for a day or so or add some electrolites to it.  I have been told to dilute sav a lamb in half with Pedialyte ( babys electrolites). Or try giving it pedialye and water for a day or so until it feels better!  Hope it helps!
