It sounds like she has gas happening. Getting up
and stretching helps relieve the pressure.What has she been getting for feed in
the mornings, do you grain her? Has she been on the same feed since you got her
or have you changed her hay? grain? pasture? have you fecal tested her and does
she need worming?
I have regular baking soda loose in a bucket for
all my girls, at the first sign of upset tummies due to overeating their share
of grain or the first leaves, and pasture they run for the soda and help
themselves. It helps break up the gas as Tums helps you. The runny poo can be
from overeating protein(grain) and/or because she needs worming.
