The small ears don't just breed out if bred with unrealted sheep. I have one mix breed that produces small eared sheep about 50% of the time. But we keep the ewe being she is a good producer of large lambs and multiples. Her offspring are sold only for food. Bobbie http://www.rams-head-ranch.net
