This is just a reminder that we still have a few working slots open for the September 24 - 27, 2004 Kent Herbel Herding Clinic at Bellwether Farm in southern Illinois. A $50.00 deposit per dog will reserve your working slot(s) for you, with the balance of payment due on or before July 24th. There are plenty of motels nearby, and a list is available upon request.

3. Monday 9/27/04: Competitive Handling Clinic -- Strategies for successful herding trial competition! (limited to 6 dogs)

A $50.00 deposit will hold your entry, with the balance due on or before July 24, 2004.
The deposit and balance of fees are non-refundable after July 24, 2004 unless there is a person on a waiting list to take your spot. If full fees are not received by July 24, 2004, your spot may be given to an alternate on the list.
I will assume all responsibility, risks and hazards in connection with my participation in the above activities and specifically waive, release, absolve, indemnify, agree not to sue, and agree to hold harmless Mary Swindell, Bellwether Farm, Kent Herbel, Lori Herbel, and their agents, associates and employees for any loss, damage or injury to me (including any persons visiting or participating in the above activities with me), any dog or other animal, or to any property arising out of activities at or in connection with Mary Swindell, or her employees, associates, and agents.
