Sounds like a prolapse of the uterus.  You will have to push it back in, and 
it should be washed and kept moist with saline solution.  before pushing int.  
some lubricant will help, but the best advice I can give is to call a vet if 
available.  If not, there are some websites that detail how to push a prolapse 
back in.  If you cannot find the info for sheep, look for cattle.

Antibiotics both local and systemic are needed..
