My guess with the bottle jaw would be that the animal probably indeed has a high worm load, most likely heomochus ie barberpole worm.The worms feed on the blood of the host causing low blood proteins.This is straight from my local vet who deals allot with sheep and goats.Have you had a fecal sample analyzed yet?
