I can't always find alfalfa hay in my locale and my sheep
are so picky and wasteful with their grass hay that I have decided
to feed them corn and alfalfa pellets this winter with just a little hay
for roughage and whatever they can get off pasture. I might supple-
ment with soybean meal or dicalcium phosphate or whatever to
get the proper calcium/phosphorus ratio. I'll see when the time comes.
