Hi! At least here in Texas we are glad when the acorns fall. They are one of nature's wormers. They are a good source of protein and fat. I don't know about bloat but your sheep are pretty smart in not eating grain because that would just add more fuel for the bloat. Just feed hay free choice. Here the sheep just work the bloat out. But that is here and I would not presume to tell you that what works in Tx will work in Florida. Hope you didn't lose much to Frances and I hope that Ivan won't cause you more damage.
