I've had a bottle baby ewe do this in play and have never had it become a
problem like it can with a ram. I never felt threatened or in danger at all, it
was simply playfulness and I would push back with my hand on her head. When I
stopped paying attention and pushing back, she would simply go on back with
the rest of the sheep. I never felt afraid to turn my back on her and she
never became truly aggressive with this play. I'm sure you have to take each ewe
individually in assessing any risk, however.

Thanks,
Onalee
