hello everyone! LAST MINUTE UPDATE! - the TX OH TX quick trip has become definite - it is now a TX southernCO OH TX trip - if you are along the route of (roughly) Austin TX to Albuquerque NM to Alamosa CO to Lamar CO to Kansas City MO to Columbus OH to Little Rock AR to Abilene TX to Austin TX and have a need to transport ANYTHING you need to get with me ASAP! - I hope to be on the road sometime next week so there is very little time to work out the details
planning for the DEC/JAN trip continues - I have the white van tow vehicle on the road with a new engine - there are still some small problems that have to be resolved before it is ready to hit the road for a long trip but I expect to get them out of the way in the next few days most likely the DEC/JAN trip is going to be a west coast counterclockwise loop followed by an east coast counterclockwise loop and possibly a second west coast loop - I have definite stops along the line from TX to WA to TX to GA and a number of tentative stops that suggest the above route if you have a need for transport (like getting those Christmas gift animals delivered!) now is the time to get with me - I have not 'locked in' any routes yet so I am still flexible enough to include a large part of the 48 states in the trip but you HAVE to get with me ASAP I will need pick up city/state, drop off city/state, and a brief description of the animals the FIRST email to save the time of back and forth email I am going to push the start date back about 5 days because of the problem of getting vet inspections the last few days before Thanksgiving - I am now targeting the first Saturday of December as the start date - that gives shippers the week after Thanksgiving to get vet papers before I would be picking up the first round of animals I will be on the road for about a week while making the TX CO OH TX trip so that is going to mean that I cannot reply to your email during that time - if you join the Travel group below you will be able to know when I am on the road if you wish to see photos of my new 'animal friendly' trailer please go to http://www.raresoaysheep.com/TravelByTruck.html - the trailer has proven itself in 20,000+ miles of transport already - the stress levels on the animals were NOTICEABLY lower than on previous trips with other trailers - your animals will travel in comfort and safety with this trailer - even the 'wild' soays in the photos traveled from WA to TX and showed almost no stress during the trip - I had one senior ND doe that was on board for three weeks - she arrived in great shape and was even reluctant to leave the safety and comfort of her pen! please contact me privately at [EMAIL PROTECTED] - I may miss your message if you go through the group - conceptual questions are welcome -- thanks - please see below for some useful web sites --- IMPORTANT NOTE: if you anticipate using my transport service you need to join the TravelWithRonK group below immediately! by joining Yahoo at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TravelWithRonK or by email only (not required to join Yahoo) Post message: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --- Travel with Confidence with TravelWithRonK! ron keener near Austin, Texas http://MidAmericaBreedingTech.com TRAVEL MAPS at http://www.MapQuest.com DISTANCE CALCULATIONS at http://www.indo.com/distance/ ANIMAL IMPORT info at http://www.aphis.usda.gov/vs/sregs TRAVEL WITH ME at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TravelWithRonK NATIONAL GASOLINE AVERAGE PRICE INFO at http://www.eia.doe.gov/oil_gas/petroleum/data_publications/wrgp/mogas_home_page.html public ID endorsements at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/IDherdtesting alternate and international ID order site at http://www.khimairafarm.com Percoba natural colostrum supplements for human use ************************************************************** * MidAmerica Breeding Technology * Using Technology to Enhance Your Breeding Program * * ID natural colostrum based immune system stimulant * for animals available as liquid or powder * info at http://www.colostrum.com * * Percoba natural colostrum supplements for human use * available as liquid or lactose free lozenge * info at http://www.thecolostrumstore.com * * Little Big Man Exotics * miniature Tennessee Myotonic (fainting) goats * and Great Pyrenees guardian dogs * * home of Ziegy - AnheuserBusch ZiegenBock beer mascot goat * * Amateur radio station WA0REE * * proud owner of classic 1978 Birchaven and * 1977 Royale GMC motorhomes ************************************************************** =============================================== This message is from the Blackbelly Sheep mailing list (http://www.awrittenword.com/listserv/index.html).
