I must have some bold sheep.
Every time I go in the sheep area or even near the fence, the German Shepherd
is intensely jealous. He runs up to the fence trying to nip their noses if
near enough. They usually move back just enough to keep him acting up. I
guess the ewes have figured out the fence protects them. Frisky has tried to
ram
the Shepherd twice through the fence and Heidi stands there stomping her foot.
It's their territory and they aren't budging.

My little ole Billy (born this Spring) has started being more aggressive to
my husband. He stomped his foot a few times today and charged as dh took them
their hay. The other ram never stomped just dropped his head ready to ram,
but one look and he'd usually stop. Didn't ask dh what he did to deter Billy.
I thought ole chicken wouldn't be as bad as the other ram, but I guess
hormones and his territory are stronger than his fear.
