I think it would be great if you could start an application already with
these "flags". Everytime I run licq, e.g., I have to click on it's title and
set it to stick... it's the same for other apps.
What I like in BB, though, is it's small code, and I really think this
should be done in a bbtool to avoid bloating our precious WM. :)
