But what does the majority of Blackbox users think?

If the menu can be made more flexible and easier to configure _without_
bloating Blackbox, shouldn't it be done?

For myself I can say that I've been missing the feature to place windows
where I want (on different workspaces) on startup. Personally I don't
need this feature (at least yet) on my menu (I only need it to be
available in some startup script).
