freaking screen blanking

Greetings,

in X, my screen goes blank after about 15 mins.  APM is disabled in
kernel, 
as well as any console blanking commands like settterm -blank 15.  Where
do I need to look in order to banish this feature in blackbox/X?  I do
not
want my screen to blank out after any period of time.
