Updated to latest CVS (as of 8:10 AM CDT today). I've found that
behaviour changes depending on whether "Full Maximization" is selected or
not.

Full Maximization off and snap threshold of 10:
- Sylpheed v0.7.4
   - Maximized snaps to both the struct and the actual display boundaries
   - Normal snaps to both the struct and the actual display boundaries
- Xterm
   - Maximized snaps to both the struct and the actual display boundaries
   - Normal snaps to both the struct and the actual display boundaries

Full Maximization on and snap threshold of 10:
- Sylpheed
   - Maximized doesn't snap to anything
   - Normal snaps to actual display boundaries and not to struct
- Xterm
   - Maximized snaps to actual display boundaries and not to struct
   - Normal snaps to actual display boundaries and not to struct

I'm running Dual Head (no Xinerama) with snapping enabled on the first
display (the one used for testing) and not enabled on the second display.
Both heads are running at 1280x1024 with a depth of 24. In testing, my
toolbar was located at bottom center and slit was vertical in the bottom
left.

If I can provide any more information please let me know.
