His name is Brigham. What is involved is keeping up to date with changes to the text. Wilbert mailed me a patch so 0.65.0 should not need further intervention. When 0.70 is released most of the NLS will need to be redone. A lot of the current text is debug information and other parts of it will be moved and shuffled. In general we are talking about a few hours of boring, manual work depending on your level of fluency in English and the language to be translated to.
