IIRC bbappconf hs never iconified right. I made a patch a long time ago for bbappconf. Grab it at http://xor.orodu.net/bb/bbappconf.move_resize_fix_iconify.patch Maybe that'll solve your problem. xOr -- I am damn unsatisfied to be killed in this way.
