Thanks for responding. The second pane must have contained the command that
took me to "modules" but after quitting QS and reloading and trying again, I
was able to see the "Open" command. It opened Itunes and I think that is what
the purpose behind QS is? To open applications without going through the dock?

I also would like to know how to switch between applications using the "cube"
rotating effect. Do you know how to do that?

The phrasing of you message is a little ambiguous, so I'm going to try
to clarify exactly what you mean by your description.

If I understand you correctly, you bring up Quicksilver's command
window and then type "itunes" into the first pane, and then press
enter, correct?

If so, what exactly do you see selected in the first pane of the QS
command window? Is it the iTunes application? Also, what action
appears in the second pane at that point? Normally it would be "Open".
