It's insanely frustrating not having a working quicksilver... please
help me get it working again!

I spent last night playing around with a new wacom bamboo tablet. I
installed the drivers for that (now uninstalled) and gimpshop and
seashore (also uninstalled). At some point my computer crashed
(macbook running osx 10.5). Later quicksilver crashed, then quit
unexpectedly every time I tried to launch it. I repaired permissions
on my mac and verified the disk (didn't help), deleted the quicksilver
folder in library/application support (also didn't help), then did a
clean reinstall of quicksilver (just downloaded from blacktree.com).
Now quicksilver launches okay, but crashes every time I try to install
a plugin (doesn't matter which one). I have to manually refresh the
list of plugins in order to get the list to show. Quicksilver also
can't connect to the server to check for updates (I get a connection
error).

Perhaps this isn't a totally clean install? The new install came up
with command-space set as the invoke command, but I thought that
wasn't the default- that's what I had changed my previous install to
invoke on. The new install also came up with bezel as the default
skin. Are these the new defaults or are there preferences set
somewhere that I haven't erased?

Here's the first bit of Apple's crash report:
