How to get Quicksilver to know about a renamed file

I recently renamed my Now-Up-To-Date calendar (to just plain
"calendar"). When I start typing 'Calendar' in quicksilver, it doesn't
find it under the new name. (It offers me the chance to open it under
it's old name "Leonard's Calendar", but when I select that it doesn't
work. Is there some way to force Quicksilver to re-scan the file
system and rebuild it's indexes?
