It seems the Apple Mail plug-in has not been updated in quite a while, and it has not kept up with Apple Mail. For instance, in my version (QS 3841 AM plug-in FE) when I select Mail.app in the first pane, the > symbol indicates I should be able to step into it, but I get the wiggle motion that tells me its empty. Doing so should show me my mailboxes, but that does not work.
In addition, one cannot select a mail message in Mail and use Current Selection in the first pane to select it. If you look into the Mail -> Services menu the QS services are not listed, meaning they are not being loaded for some reason. A quick look at the Mail Plugin source shows it appears to only look for mailboxes under ~/Library/Mail/Mailboxes/ and only those with an extension of "mbox". That will only find local mailboxes. Other folder under ~/Library/Mail have other mailboxes, such as those for my IMAP, Exchange and Gmail accounts, and they have different extensions, such as imapmbox and ewsmbox. If you go into one of those folders and select the file of a message within QS you can select the Move to Mailbox action, and other message actions. Otherwise, except for sending mail, the Apple Mail plug-in functionality has been lost. Anyone gotten around these issues?
