You could try quitting QS, moving all of those locations: ~/Library/Caches/com.blacktree.Quicksilver/ ~/Library/Caches/Quicksilver/ ~/Library/Preferences/com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/
then relaunching as new. Same problem? If not, add them back one at a time. Rinse and repeat.
