#4523: Libcap pam module installation

The current instructions do not take into account a PAM installation as
the installed module is put into /usr/lib/security instead of
/lib/security.
Also, the SBINDIR parameter used in 'make install' is not respected by a
DESTDIR= parameter. Not that this is a book issue, just FYI.
