There is an SVN repository for patches:
svn+ssh://svn.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/trunk. If the patch applies
cleanly, you just need a symlink to the version which is not a symlink...
Don't forget to svn add your new file. As soon as you commit, the patch is
available at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/downloads/. It takes some
more time and some automation (or Bruce's action, I don't know :) for the
patch to appear in http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/blfs/svn/
