There is an SVN repository for patches: svn+ssh://svn.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/trunk. If the patch applies cleanly, you just need a symlink to the version which is not a symlink... Don't forget to svn add your new file. As soon as you commit, the patch is available at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/downloads/.
