We could play with it for a while and end up with the same end
result we currently have. :-)

BTW, for Tush:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]: ~/build > tar xf Installed/sgml-common*.gz
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: ~/build > cd sgml-common-0.6.3
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: ~/build/sgml-common-0.6.3 > patch -Np1 -i
../Installed/sgml-common*patch
patching file doc/man/Makefile.am
[EMAIL PROTECTED]: ~/build/sgml-common-0.6.3 > ./configure --prefix=/usr
--sysconfdir=/etc
creating cache ./config.cache
configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in . ./.. ./../..

I'm not sure why it doesn't bomb on Tush's build. There is obviously
something different, or non-standard on his machine which makes the
problem not appear.
