Woah! Postfix (1405) should be in there too. The current patch and TLS instructions are wrong. The patch is no longer needed since 2.2 and the define is now -DUSE_TLS. I've not built it since 2.1.4...maybe 2.1.9. I remember doing a newer version on a test system at some point, but it never made the pivot into production.
