Well, if it were me, I would simply put in parenthesis (run-time
dependency only) after the "which" dependency and leave it right
where it's at. There really is no "cut and dried" method of doing
it, however, because which *is* required to run the program, I
feel keeping it up front where it is sure to be seen (identifying
it as run-time only) is proper.

This has come up before and it was determined to leave it where it's
at, as packages look for it in /usr/share.
