The files located in $KDE_PREFIX/etc. I don't have any as they
are in /etc, where they belong. However, using the books instructions
you will end up with files in:

/usr/etc

or

/opt/kde/etc

I'm quite certain that files will exist in one of the above locations,
unless you pass --sysconfdir=/etc/kde as is mentioned in the KDE
instructions. However, this is not the default. Which it should be.

Surely, Bruce, you have some files in one or the other? Right?
