When I try to stop dhcpcd with the BLFS bootscript, the network
interface goes down but dhcpcd is still running. When I try to start the
network again, it says that dhcpcd is already running, and the network
is still down. When I manually stop dhcpcd, it does quit, and restarting
the network works, so this looks like a problem in the dhcpcd
bootscript. I never had this problem before though, always using the
bootscript from BLFS...
