I agree 100%. I think this is a really great plan for moving forward
from the ugly position we're in now with 6.1 vs. SVN. I think the only
sane plan to eventually have a truly stable release is not to expect
it to happen in one shot, either. Some things are going to slip
through, and a 6.2.1 will be nice for addressing the Errata type
stuff.
Also, I've been really busy this weekend, so I'm still mulling over
the list of packages from the first post. Mostly, though, I think they
can all be punted to 6.2.1. I'll reply to that one when I think about
things a little more. I'm going to try to revisit the locale fixes
Alexander did that I've been sitting on for months tonight.
