Reading the description of clucene it says it's a: "high performance text search engine" Wouldn't anyone who uses LFS use grep for that? Grepping through the book shows clucene is required by strigi which uses QT4. Clucene is still mentioned as a dependency of KDE4 and it's mentioned as an optional dependency on the soprano page.
