But that is what I did: I installed the dependencies in the order: First is Encode::Locale Last is LWP::Protocol::https So, after I installed LWP::Protocol::https, was going to install libwww-perl-6.05. Surprisingly, I couldn't, because LWP::Protocol::https had already installed it. Is it correct to say that LWP::Protocol::https is a dependency of LWP?
