ĸen, thanks for testing and for the fixes to lxdm and respective bootscript. I am having a particular problem, mentioned a couple of days ago, that is delaying me, only part of the morning, yesterday, was useful. First thing I will do today is to split libfm in two pages. Will use a name slightly different from your suggestion: extra-only instead of extra, because it is less than the whole, contrary to other extras we have. > Just a note that I've tagged lxdm, but none of lxde - most, or all, > of them build and lxdm using lxde _almost_ worked as a desktop : the > only way to log out seemed to be to kill lxdm from a tty : it > asked if I wanted to leave openbox, even when I was supposedly > running lxde not openbox, and then hung. I will try to build it myself, to see if I can reproduce this behaviour. If not, I will try to convince you to help me debug what is going on, so we could fix whatever necessary, because I think it is much more trustful other editor tag than the maintainer. > > With that, and bit of configuration, lxdm -> xfce works nicely. > > But I do not feel willing to tag any of hte other lxde packages as > working. > > Thanks again for the fix. -- []s, Fernando -- http://lists.linuxfromscratch.org/listinfo/blfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
